I should mention that this isn’t a collaboration with Sekken’ya but with Syuzo’s personal circle ゼッケン屋, he has also released several solo albums apart from Sekken’ya under that same circle.

I’m also curious what the 9th stanza in the lyrics is about, the lyrics sung sound like “Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, hell” but there’s allot of text. Is it unrelated?

I think it’s unrelated. The sung lyrics sound like:
        Welcome welcome welcome welcome Hell
        Welcome welcome welcome welcome Hell
        Welcome welcome welcome welcome Hell
        透明なWelcome Hell
        (Invisible Welcome Hell)

        Welcome welcome welcome welcome Hell
        Welcome welcome welcome welcome Hell
        Welcome welcome welcome welcome Hell
        名誉なWelcome Hell
        (Honourable Welcome Hell)

I didn’t think the written stanza was part of the song to begin with… Since it isn’t sung, it’s difficult to interpret. I relied on the sung lyrics to translate the other sections, but I couldn’t do that with the 9th stanza, so I erred on the side of caution and left it out…
